How to Schedule your Sedona Massage Session

You are welcome to call (928) 301 0830 or e mail wellness@stillpointbalance.com to book your session. We do require a credit card to hold your session. It will not be charged before the session and you may pay however you like at the time of your session. If you are e mailing please let us know what session you would like to experience, the length of the session, and your preferred day and time. To confirm your appointment day and time you may either call us with a credit card or e mail the credit card information. If e mailing, please supply us with the following: credit card number, exp date, cvv number, house number of the billing address, and the zip code. Please note your session is not confirmed until we receive a credit card number.

When to Arrive for Your Appointment

If you would like to arrive about 5-10 minutes (no earlier please) before your session, please do. If you arrive earlier than that, chances are that we will still be in another session. If the weather is agreeable, you are welcome to wait in our outside seating area.

Stillpoint’s Cancellation Policy

We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation for sessions under 2 hours in length and 48 hour notice of cancellation for sessions 2 hours and over in length. Please understand that when you book your session, that time is reserved especially for you. We understand that “life happens” and emergencies do occur, so we will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, it is our policy that if the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 or 48 hours respectively, the full session amount will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment. If you book your session in less than 24 hours and cancel, your credit card will be charged for the full session amount.
