In the early days, we could get enough Oxygen from the air around us by just breathing! However, due to combustion, respiration, deforestation, and man-made processes, Oxygen levels in our environment are now less than 21%.   If you live in a major metropolitan city environment, the Oxygen levels are even less.  In today's environment we only have about half the oxygen available to us in order for us to have optimal oxygen levels in our system. By living in oxygen deficient environments we are not “feeding” our cells the proper cellular oxygen and nutrients.

In recent years, bottled waters have been oxygenated to help increase the O2 in our system… There are also many products in the market that can be added to water or juice to do the same. Sedona Oxygen “Bar” Therapy

When receiving stand-alone oxygen therapy at Stillpoint, you are welcomed into one of our three studios where you will receive the oxygen. All you have to do is relax, enjoy the music (if desired) and breathe. Initially, you will be aware of a refreshing feeling of cool filtered extra oxygen flow, leading to a feeling of clear headedness. The extra oxygen should also give you a natural boost, and revitalize your body and mind. Your experience will be meditative, grounding, and uplifting.

$20 for 20 minutes • $30 for 30 minutes

Oxygen “Massage” Therapy

“OM”assage
This unique session is our integrative massage with the addition of oxygen therapy. During the massage, oxygen is given thus increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, cells, tissues and muscles. Oxygen therapy has been found to improve sleep, concentration and memory, increase energy, boost the immune system, relieve headaches, chronic pain, respiratory issues, encourage weight loss, and promote an overall sense of well being and clarity. Osmosis

Osmosis is the phenomenon of fluids passing through a semi-permeable membrane, from a less dense solution into a more dense solution.
