Sedona Energy Medicine and Chakra Concepts
The aura is the electromagnetic (energy) field
around the body, and there are 7 energy centers in the body,
that are called chakras. Both the aura and the chakras contain
an enormous amount of information about each of us. Each chakra
represents a different aspect of our lives ranging from surviving
and living on the planet, relationships, personal power to creative
energy, expression, and intuition. It is in the auric field
and the chakras that our thoughts, feelings, and experiences
are recorded. The chakras spin and energy flows through them.
At times this energy can become stuck or the chakra can pick
up energy from an outside source. If left un-cleared or unaddressed
it can, over time, affect a person in the physical, mental,
and/or emotional bodies. Energy work aka energy medicine can help to heal old injuries,
both emotional and physical, live in the present with clarity,
and create a satisfying life.
Chakra Balancing “Tune
Up”
This “tune up” promotes a sense
of clarity, well being, lightness as well as groundedness. The
balancing entails clearing the auric field around the body,
removing old or stuck energy, clearing and balancing all seven
chakras and infusing the aura with new energy. Once the chakras
are cleared the energy can flow freely…the result is a
sense of empowerment.

to any of our massage therapies for $45
This "tune up" may be performed on client fully clothed
if desired.
Enhanced Chakra Balancing
This session begins with a chakra balancing "tune up" to
promote clarity, well being, lightness, as well as groundedness.
With the use of specialized energy work, tuning forks, 7 essential
oils, a specific chakra reflexology routine, and some bodywork,
the chakras are thoroughly cleared and balanced. In addition
the arm and leg channels are cleared, the auric field is cleansed,
and a high vibrational shield is placed around you. It is an
uplifting, transforming, yet grounding and calming experience.

Stillpoint Cranial Balancing
This very powerful session combines Cranial Sacral Therapy and our Stillpoint Chakra Balancing/Psychic Healing. You will experience a complete energetic balancing of your system in this session. The emphasis of this session is to help release old programs and patterns that do not serve you and that may be the underlying patterns of disease and fragmentation in both body and mind. We read the story of the body, identify places where issues are held, assist the body to release them, and encourage new healthy patterns to emerge. The body's own self-healing and self-regulating capabilities are therefore enhanced.

Sedona Chakra Journey
This is a “mystery school” mini
workshop unlike any other. This one-on-one session fosters complete
self-empowerment. In this session you will learn about each
of your chakras, how to clear and balance each chakra, and shield
yourself to strengthen your auric field. Rather than receiving
a reading and being dependent on someone’s interpretation
of your energy, why not learn how to interpret and balance your
own energy. Take a journey through your own energetic anatomy.
