NEW! Stillpoint Stone and Hand Massage
We are unveiling our newest addition to our menu of services. We are calling it, Stillpoint Stone and Hand Massage. Many people enjoy hot stones as we offer in our La Stone Session, but do not want to give up the therapeutic muscular work during our Integrative Massage. In our new Stillpoint Stone and Hand Massage, you will receive the multiple benefits that hot stones offer and also have those targeted areas, such as the neck, shoulders and back receive the hands on work that they so often need.

Essential Oil Spotlight: Fir Balsam
Our essential oil that we are highlighting this month Fir, Balsam (abies siberica) She is a strong antimicrobial agent for colds and the flu. She is drying for mucous, an excellent decongestant and mucolytic, and calming for a spastic cough. Also an anti-rheumatic to prevent and/or relieve rheumatic pain and swelling. Great anti-inflammatory action and is also analgesic. Stimulating for the respiratory system, adrenal glands and circulatory system. Mentally she can be used to bring alertness to the mind, applied topically to the adrenal areas of the body in she will help with general fatigue. Memories of Christmas Time and winter.
We are wishing you the very best holiday season and the most abundant 2010!

Who would think that those branches would turn green again
