This is a therapeutic full body massage customized to your needs using a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Polarity, and Cranial Sacral modalities. This treatment will promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve tired and sore muscles and allow a feeling or centeredness and connection. You will leave feeling renewed, relaxed, and revitalized.

LaStone Therapy

The original Hot Rocks Therapy… This is a contrast therapy that is intended to deeply penetrate muscles and tissues to reduce pain and inflammation. Rooted in Native American traditions and beliefs, LaStone Therapy uses hot basalt stones & cold marble/jade stones to effect physical, chemical, and spiritual healing within the body mind and spirit.

Shells in The Desert

Let’s go the Beach! This session combines the exfoliation of a salt glow and the heat of a stone massage with the essence of the ocean. Natural sea shells are heated and used throughout the massage to gently exfoliate the skin and promote relaxation. Other benefits of this session include detoxification and stimulation of the lymph and circulatory systems.

Sea Salt Glow

This session begins with an invigorating and exfoliating application of Dead Sea salt mixed with a blend of medicinal grade essential oils that will leave your skin satin smooth. It is followed by our integrative therapeutic full body massage. This therapy is detoxifying, hydrating and improves circulation and lymphatic flow.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy - LDT

This is a specialized technique for maintaining healthy immune, nervous and muscular systems. It employs a light rhythmic touch with slight pressure to increase the flow of lymph through the lymphatic system. Benefits of this therapy include stimulation of the immune and circulatory systems, reduction in edemas, detoxification, and deep relaxation. Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology

Specific reflex areas of the feet, hands and ears correlate with each body system. This therapy is intended to relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation, boost the immune system, assist in detoxification, reduce aches, and balance the physical and emotional bodies.

Pre-Natal Massage

This therapy is intended to ease muscle discomfort associated with pregnancy such as leg cramps, sore and swollen feet, back-ache, and shoulder pain. Additionally, it improves circulation & lymph flow, alleviates stress on weight bearing joints, provides emotional support, and increases positive energy.

Raindrop Therapy

A series of highly anti-microbial essential oils combined with an application of warm relaxing towels are dispensed as little rain drops along the vertebrae and massaged into the back. This therapy integrates foot reflexology and back massage.

Tandem Massage (4 Hands)

This is a unique massage experience in which two therapists combine their abilities to provide you with a deeply relaxing massage customized to your needs. Two sets of hands work in a synchronized pattern of fluid movements throughout the massage. Each movement on one side is mirrored on the opposite side. This incredible experience is like receiving a two-hour massage.

Focus Massage

This is a 40 minute therapeutic massage targeting a specific problematic area…or simply a favored area. This treatment focuses on specific muscle soreness and pain, a splendid way to relieve neck and shoulder pain triggered by computer work, or sore muscles after a hike.

Sedona Couples Massage

All of our sessions are also offered as a couples massage. Enjoy some personal time with someone special as you both relax with the session of your choice. This massage lets you and your partner, friend, mother, daughter etc. experience the gift of massage together.

Essential oils have been used for healing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies since ancient times. We hold our certification in Medicinal Aromatherapy and use the essential essences as plant based medicine to assist in healing and balancing on all levels. Castor oil has a history of use dating back to Ancient Egypt. Today, hot castor oil packs are placed on specific locations on the body to remove toxins, stimulate the lymphatic system, and reduce pain and inflammation. It’s effective for many diverse types of pain, liver and gallbladder stimulation and cleansing, digestive problems, lacerations, skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis, menopause symptoms, to boost the immune system, as an emollient and skin softener and much more.
